Steve - Project Lead/Master Carpenter

I joined the Renaissance Home Renovations team in 2021 after making a significant career shift. For over 20 years, I worked as an entrepreneur, including 10 years as a Chick-fil-A franchise owner, where I honed my skills in leadership, operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. However, I felt called to return to my roots and utilize my strengths in the trades—a field where I can combine creativity, precision, and craftsmanship.

As a Project Lead, I am passionate about driving efficiency, maximizing team performance, and ensuring every project is completed with excellence. As a Master Carpenter, I take pride in creating custom-designed features and fine details that bring each homeowner’s vision to life, leaving them with results that exceed expectations.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter, playing drums on my church’s worship team, and winning on the pickleball court. I look forward to bringing attention to detail, expert craftsmanship, and a commitment to excellence to your next home renovation project!
